🚲 Cycling trails (100 m)
A trail passes close to the house and joins the main cycling route directly. No need to drive anywhere, you start right from the yard.
🥾 Hrastovačka gora and Cepeliš peak (9 km)
Marked hiking trails suitable for all ages; each route gives you a different experience.
- Cepeliš peak (415 m): a mountain lodge and a 17 m observation tower with views all the way to Zagreb.
- Ascent time: roughly 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on where you start.
- Wear shoes with decent grip and bring water, since there are no shops on the trail.
🏰 Sisak and the Old Fortress (20 km)
Sisak is one of the oldest settlements in central Croatia. The Old Fortress dates from the 16th century and is the site of the famous Battle of Sisak (22 June 1593).
It’s about 2 km from the fortress to the centre of Sisak by road, or 1.5 km on foot.
