Oven
The built-in oven's function, temperature and safety basics.
The oven is a simple built-in model with two dials: left = function, right = temperature. No extra programmes or menus.

🍳 Functions
- Conventional (top + bottom heat): bread, cakes, pizza
- Fan (convection): more even baking; set 20–30 °C lower than conventional
- Grill: browning from above
- Defrost: fan only, no heat
The indicator light shows the element is heating and goes off once the set temperature is reached, so cycling on and off is normal.
🛡️ Safety
- The door and glass get very hot, so keep children away.
- Hot steam escapes when you open it, so pull slowly and keep your face back.
- Don’t lean on the open door or put heavy things on it.
- The cooling fan may run for a few minutes after baking. That’s normal.
🧽 Cleaning
Damp cloth and mild detergent. No abrasives or metal scrapers, since the glass can crack.
