House rules
Stay rules: music all night, guests, smoking, animals.
🎉 Party and music
There are no neighbours nearby, so music, gatherings, and celebrations are welcome all night, no quiet hours. It’s exactly why guests choose us for birthdays, hen parties, and team-building get-togethers.
There are just two limits:
- No stag parties.
- No fireworks or pyrotechnics, at any time. A neighbouring farm keeps livestock, and loud bangs disturb the animals.
🚭 Smoking
Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
🛏️ Additional guests
Daytime visits, extended stays, or overnight visits from additional guests (friends, family…) are NOT ALLOWED and will be charged separately, depending on whether it’s a day or night stay.
In the event of an inspection, the registered guest is responsible for any fines incurred for unregistered persons.
💦 Pool
- Use the pool at your own risk.
- Children must be under constant adult supervision.
- No jumping or running around the pool.
- No glass items in the pool area.

🕯️ Safety
- Don’t light candles inside the house: only outdoors, in the candle holders provided.
- Keep the front door and terrace door closed (or pull the screen) to keep out flying and other animals. 🦟🐝🐭
- When leaving the house, turn off the lights and air-conditioning.
- Keep the keys in a safe place.
- Report any damage or fault to the host immediately.
🪵 Firewood
Firewood is included for normal use. If you plan to light several fires at once or over several days, let us know in advance and we’ll sort it out.
🐝 The nature around us
The house is made of wood and sits in the middle of nature, which is exactly why you’re here, but it comes as a package:
- Wasps and hornets are active in summer, especially around the pool and food. There’s a spray in the house; if you run out, let us know.
- Keep food and drinks covered when you’re outside.
- Keep doors and screens closed so insects and small animals stay out. 🦟🐭
- Don’t leave shoes, clothing, or food outside overnight: they may not be there in the morning. 🦊🐾

Please look after the furniture and equipment as if it were your own.
