Top 10 rules

We don’t charge a separate final cleaning fee. Instead, we’d rather sort it out together. These ten things are all we ask. 💚

1. 🎉 Enjoy yourselves: music is fine all night

We have no neighbours nearby. Celebrate, sing, be as loud as you like.

2. 🎆 No fireworks

Fireworks, rockets and firecrackers are not allowed at any time. Neighbouring farms keep livestock and loud bangs distress the animals.

3. 🛁 Put the hot tub cover on the chest

When you take the thermal cover off the jacuzzi, put it on the rattan chest right next to it, never on the floor. It cracks easily, and we have already had to replace it.

4. 🍽️ Load the dishwasher and run it

Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and make sure to start it before you leave, that way the sink isn’t full for the next guests.

5. ♻️ Sort the waste

Plastic and returnable packaging go separately from general waste. Sorting bags are provided, and bins are in three places on the property: by the house, by the grill house, and by the tennis court.

6. 🪵 Use firewood in moderation

Firewood is included for normal use. If you plan to light several fires at once or over several days, let us know in advance.

7. 🔥 Never leave a fire unattended

Grill, sauna, fireplace: while it burns, someone has to be there. Check everything is out before bed and before you leave.

8. 💦 Shower before the pool and hot tub

And no glass around the pool or hot tub. Children only under adult supervision.

9. 💡 Switch things off behind you

Lights, air conditioning and the tennis court floodlights: off when not in use and before departure.

10. 🛠️ If something breaks, tell us

Right away, not at the end. It’s not a problem, everything can be sorted. Just let us know. 🙏
