Water

Drinking water, water pressure, and hot water / boiler.

🚰 Drinking water

Tap water is well water and not for drinking: use it for hygiene only (showering, washing). For drinking and cooking, use the water dispenser (gallon jugs, available indoor and outdoor).

⚡ If water pressure drops

If the power goes out and water pressure drops afterward, open the pump cabinet and press the RUN button.

🚿 Hot water

The switch is in front of the downstairs bathroom, labelled “bojler”. For hot water, the blue light on it must always be on.

🌡️ Temperature

On the boiler itself, on the blue LED display, you can raise or lower the temperature with the + / − buttons.

Maximum temperature: 65 °C. Recommended: ~60 °C, hot enough for a shower, efficient, and safe from scalding.

⚠️ Always test the water before use, especially when bathing children.

🌿 ECO EVO mode

The boiler has an ECO EVO function (button on the panel): it learns your hot-water habits and only heats when needed. Saves electricity and reduces standby losses.

  • ECO learns over about 4 weeks, so temperature can fluctuate at first.
  • It’s normal for temperature to drop between uses (e.g. from 60 °C to 40 °C): ECO is waiting for the next predicted heating moment.
  • Please leave ECO on. If you switch it off, the water heats more often and consumption goes up.

⏳ If the water runs cold

The boiler holds 100 L and the heating element is 1500 W.

  • For partial recovery (one more short shower): 30-60 min.
  • For a full reheat from cold (to ~60 °C): 2-3 hours.

After two long showers in a row, give it some time before the next one.

⚠️ If the whole display is flashing

This means the boiler has hit a fault.

  1. Switch the boiler off at the mains for 1 minute.
  2. Switch it back on.
  3. If it’s still flashing, contact us and don’t try to open the unit yourself.
