🌳 Where the name comes from
Salix babylonica is the Latin name for the weeping willow, and it’s that willow, the biggest tree in the garden next to the gazebo, that gave the whole house its name.
🔑 Arrival and key
The key is in a lockbox on the fence post by the entrance. You’ll receive the lockbox code by message on your arrival day.

- Check-in: from 14:00
- Check-out: by 10:00 (unless otherwise agreed)
- Music and celebrations: no quiet hours, since we have no neighbours nearby 🎶
- Fireworks: not allowed, at any time
- Smoking: only outdoors
- Pets: welcome

💧 Drinking water
Tap water is well water and not for drinking: it’s for hygiene use only. For drinking, use the water dispenser (indoor and outdoor gallon jugs). More in the Water section.

🚗 Getting here by car
- Mobile signal can be patchy around here: download offline maps before you arrive.
- Wildlife on the road is common at dawn and dusk, so drive slowly.
- In winter, check road conditions; the access road can be slippery.
